We are obligated to ask if you are an eligible property owner who wishes to run for a position on the Board of Directors during this election, and you wish for your name to be placed on the ballot, please be sure to notify the Association at the above address within 10 days; i.e. for our receipt on or before January 13, 2023 to ensure that your name is added to the ballot. You may also return the form via email at [email protected] or via fax to (281) 359-8067. Please do not sign this letter if you do not wish to run for a Board position. By signing this letter, you acknowledge that you are willing to serve on The Board of Directors for a term of at least 3 years, be available for monthly meetings, have at least 3-6 hours each month to volunteer for projects and regular maintenance of the Association, and work with contractors and other directors.
